Exploring My Local Foxy Trails

We (my husband and I) have taken to sticking to the same route as it’s easier to mark our progress. Our run takes us through a neighborhood that loves it’s irises and roses. My husband has now too seen my fox and she’s another reason we stick to our route- in the hopes we see her again.

Once through the neighborhood and passed the high school at which our elder son attends we meet up with the Curtis Trail. This paved trail hugs Route 66 and has a fair amount of hills that we challenge ourselves on. We can easily mark the miles we walk and run, and the trail has many exits so we explore neighborhoods and enjoy what Arlington has to offer in way of her parks and tidy streets.
