Soak up the Autumn Sun

As October nudges to a close we are seeing a little more rain in California and cooler nights. We are still blessed with sun-shiny days to keep our mood bright and big smiles. I can always tell when the weather is nice, as cycle class is a little light with participants.

Another family favorite is to just take a walk. I do realize that I have a family of two, me and Buddy, my Yellow Labrador, but he is a great walking partner. He is ready to go at a moment’s notice and seems to have endless energy.

Buddy and I recently explored a nearby beach as well. This is the perfect time to go to the beach, since the summer fog and crowds are long gone. There is nothing like hearing the soft sound of the waves and the sand under your feet to feel grounded again.

I enjoy this time of year. It is a great way to soak up a little more sun before winter rolls in.
