|Girl Needs Life-Force Jolt
Mizzfit: The Daylight Savings spring forward has messed up my mornings, or at least that’s where I’m putting the blame for sliding back into the bad habit of hitting the snooze button — it’s still dark out, body does’t want to get up. Eugh. As a result, my morning meditation has been of a sad sack variety, a grind to get to 25 minutes – remember when I said I was gonna do 30 minutes? Pfft. Quit whining already, girl, and put a fresh face on, it’s Friday, sheesh.

I don’t like dark beginnings, the lingering daylight hours after 7PM, nor the feeling of being hungry way before lunch time. But that info will probably not enhance anybody’s meditation technique.
