Staying Healthy & Strong
Mizzfit: Outside, we’re getting our first rain of October – which, considering our topic of water this week seems fitting. All the dust is back to dirt, and the leaves are shivering in their glossy coats.
This week has seen some fine runs and yoga sessions, despite having a cold in my lungs, or maybe, it was better because of all that fresh air and movement alleviating the cold symptoms. Either way, I feel strong. It could also be due to those baked sweet potatoes I made for the first time ever, so creamy and tasty, I highly recommend you try some! On the list for the weekend: pumpkin smoothies – I’ll let you know how they turn out. Cheers to a fun and rainy weekend.
