More Pumpkin for me, please.
Mizzfit: As promised, I’m updating my peeps, that’s you, on my pumpkin pie smoothie experience. What bliss, okay, maybe not bliss, but pretty close. With the spices and honey and vanilla extract just right, this healthy smoothie recipe via Whole Foods, hits the spot. With antioxidants, Vitamins A, C & K, plus all that fiber, those pumpkins really help keep a girl on her toes. I buy Libby’s pumpkin pie filler, without sugar, and find myself adding it to regular smoothies as well. I shall keep track of any skin color changes and you’ll be the first to see that selfie!
