A New Yoga Perspective

Mizzfit: This week has seen my downward dog embracing the clean air outside as I practiced yoga on a deck overlooking a rather picturesque valley. I followed St. Swartz’s advice and had a ball checking out the sky during the Half Moon Pose aka Ardha Chandrasana. So.
